Інтегрований урок англійської мови та математики у 2 класі " Fun with numbers in English"

Мета:

• ·        повторити лексичні одиниці з тем “ Геометричні фігури” та      “ Кількісні  числівники”;
• ·        закріпити навички рахунку в межах 20 ;
• ·        повторити вирази “ I can see.., On the left/ right “;
• ·        розвивати усне мовлення, уміння працювати в парах;  
• ·        виховувати інтерес до вивчення іноземної мови.

Хід уроку

The beginning of the lesson.

I. Greeting.( Організаційний момент)

T: Good morning, children! I’m glad to see you! How are you?

Ch: We are very well, thank you.

II. Aim. ( Повідомлення теми, мети)

T: Dear children, today we’ll have an unusual lesson. We’ll count, talk about shapes, recite poems about numerals, make up you own dialogues and do оther interesting tasks. Are you ready?

 Ch: Yes, we are.

III. Warming up. ( Активізація знань)

 T: What is it?

(Вчитель показує картки з геометричними фігурами,

  а діти називають їх.)

(Circle, square, triangle, star,rectangle )

T: Well done, children. Now, look at these numbers and name them. 

( Вчитель показує цифри, а учні називають їх)

T: What rhymes about numerals do you remember?

P1: One, one, one

       Little dogs run.

       Two, two, two

       Cats see you.

       Three, three, three

       Birds in the tree.

       Four, four, four

       Rats on the floor.

P2: One- a cat,

       Two- a rat,

       Three- a dog,

       Four –a frog,

       Five- a bear,

       Six- a hare.

P3: One potato,

       Two potatoes,

       Three potatoes,

       Four.

       Five potatoes,

       Six potatoes,

       Seven potatoes

       More.

P4: One, two. Look at the shoe.

       Three, four. Look at the door.

       Five, six. Look at the chicks.

       Seven, eight. Look at the plate.3

       Nine, ten. Look at the pen.

IV. The main part of the lesson. (Основна частина уроку)

1. Mathematic dictation.

T: Open your exerсise-books, write down today’s date. Listen to me  and write down numerous.

(Three, five, ten, twenty, thirteen, eleven, eight, nine, four.)

2. Doing sums. (Розв’язування прикладів)

T: Look at the blackboard. Let’s do sums.

15 + 5 =                          7 + 8 =                          12 + 7 =

19  ̶  3 =                        18  ̶  9 =                          12  ̶  6 =

  8 + 7 =                        14  ̶  4 =                          11  ̶ 5 =

T: How much is fifteen plus five?

P1: Fifteen plus five is twenty.

T: How much is nineteen mines three?

P2: Nineteen mines three is sixteen.

3. Physical Training. ( Фізкультхвилинка)

T: Stand up, children. Let’s do physical training.

4. Answer the questions.

T: Look at the posters!

  

T: Which shapes can you see? Count them, please.

5. Making up the dialogues.

T: Work in pairs. Look at your pictures! Make up your dialogues.

     Ask your partner and answer about shapes.

(На парті малюнок з різними геометричними фігурами.)

For example:

P1: What’s in the picture?

P2: There’s a circle. There’s a triangle too.

P1: Where is the circle?

P2: The circle is on the left.

P1: Where is the triangle?

P2: The triangle is on the right.

6. Listening and drawing.

T: Open your activity books. Take your pencils. Listen to me and draw.

-  Draw a big / small circle. / Draw small / big triangles.

V. Conclusion. (Підсумок)

T: You all work hard and you were very active.

 Your hometask is ex. D on page 25.
